Apparently over the weekend, Boston's Mayor's office, with support from the PD, shut down large parts of the city, because there were little LED light devices, depicting cartoon characters on some buildings.

Obviously there were a huge threat. So huge that the mayor's office REFUSED TO BELIEVE TURNER BROADCASTING WHEN THEY WERE INFORMED IT WAS A SERIES OF ADS.
